Please also make sure your target is properly powered.

Hi Karan,

I have gone through this debugging document.

My query is that sometime my board is working fine (Boot properly) but sometimes it is giving DAP error.

I have check JTAG section which is looking fine.

Does any other section I have to check?

For the times when JTAG cannot connect, did the processor boot?  What is the status of the MCU_RESETSTATz and RESETSTATz?  Both should be logic level high indicating no external or internal reset is applied.
