CCSTUDIO: Is Code Composer Studio a functional safety software which is certificated by TUV?

Tool/software:

I recently work for SIL authentication. It needs to provide a certification that Code Composer Studio is certificated by TUV. 

So, my question is to ask if there is a certification that can prove Code Composer Studio can satisfy TUV requirement? Or, is there a document can prove Code Composer Studio is functional safety software.
