What is the tearing problem? Are there crash logs occurring in the console when this happens? If so, can you provide those logs?

Also, do you have a picture or video of the issue?

We need to understand if the GPU is faulting, and why it is faulting. This will require trying patches to the driver if needed, enabling debug logs, etc.
