AM625SIP: Packaging Information

Could you please provide the "Packaging Information" for the AM625SIP?

We cannot find "Packaging Information" in the AM625SIP datasheet.

"Packaging Information" was included in the datasheet (Page 27 - 29) when I checked it in June.

    Were the sections removed in the datasheet revision (Rev. A)? Why were they removed?

    Are the sections the same as for the AM625x (ALW package) datasheet (SPRSP58B)?

    Maeda-san,

    The Datasheet for AM625SIP states that this document only defines differences or exceptions to the ALW packaged AM6254 device defined in AM62x Sitara Processors Datasheet (revision B or later). If they do not exist in the Am625SIP datasheet, you can take a look at the AM62 datasheet.

    I've added in our hardware team in case there are any other questions.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The removal of this section was not intentional. I have raised this up and hope to have this replaced soon.

    This will not be the same as the ALW package as this is a unique package, AMK.

    Can we refer to the old datasheet (SPRSP98 – NOVEMBER 2023) until it is replaced?

    Maeda-san,

    Yes this will be resolved as quickly as possible. It may take a few days as this seems like an IT issue that needs to be resolved.

    This information was not modified with the datasheet update, so the old datasheet may be used until this is restored.
