Does SYSBIOS 6.32 support C66 target with ABI=COFF

Looking through the supported targets in 

      c:/Program Files/Texas Instruments/bios_6_32_01_38/packages/ti/sysbios/family/Settings.xs

I see only ELF being supported.

 

Am I perhaps using the wrong SYSBIOS version or is ELF the only available option?
