hexAIS not working

When I copy the hexAIS folder in c:\ with my .out file and run the .exe command i get the following error.

How do I carry forward?

Please refer a working link if someone has.

Can you tell us where you go the hexAIS program from, and what was the exact command line you tried to run?

I have my hexAIS folder in C:\. The folder has AISGen.dll, DM643x.ini, hexAIS.exe, uart_loopback.out.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>cd\

C:\>cd hexAIS

C:\hexAIS>hexAIS -coff2hex uart_loopback.out

Also tried double clicking the .exe. Still same error.

Do you have any versions of the Microsoft .Net Framework installed? The HexAIS program is a .Net application, and would require the .Net framework (probably release 2.0). Could you tell me from where the program was acquired? Was it downloaded or part of package you recieved on disc?
