CCSTUDIO: New and older compiler update on CCS Theia

Hi champs,

I am asking this for our customer.

CC12.7.1 has this compiler update for new and older compilers.

Where is the equivalent on CCS Theia 1.4.1?

Would you please show us explicitly?

    Hi Wayne,

    Please note that there are some gaps in functionality (as you noticed) between CCS Eclipse and CCS Theia. This option is not yet available in CCS Theia.

    Hi Ki,

    Do we plan to add it in coming Theia to bridge the gap?

    The user is experienced in Eclipse and has used it for the past few years.

    The user is concerned about migrating onto Theia soon since coming Eclipse 12.8 is likely to be the last Eclipse.

    Therefore, the user is testing Theia and see if and where the gaps are between Theia and Eclipse.

    The plan is to allow delivery of additional compilers from Resource Explorer. It will be a different mechanism and also it is not yet clear if we will have all the older compilers available. It is in discussion.
