J784S4XEVM: J784S4XG01EVM - Power Supply Details

Part Number: J784S4XEVM

Tool/software:

Hi,

We have gone through this link https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruj62/spruj62.pdf?ts=1723124238329&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fsitesearch%252Fen-us%252Fdocs%252Funiversalsearch.tsp%253FlangPref%253Den-US%2526searchTerm%253Dj784s4+trm%2526nr%253D163 and found the power supply input for this J784S4XG01 Evaluation Module to be 20-48 VDC from Power Input section. Exactly quoted as "The input can accept a wide range of voltages (20 to 48 VDC)". And it has some recommendation for ordering as well, like SDI120-24-UC-P51 and SDI120-48-UC-P51.

Now we have gone through Processor SDK Linux for J784S4 Guide (https://software-dl.ti.com/jacinto7/esd/processor-sdk-linux-j784s4/09_02_00_05/exports/docs/linux/How_to_Guides/Hardware_Setup_with_CCS/J784S4_EVM_Hardware_Setup.html) and here the power supply is mentioned as 12V Power input.

Which one is correct? Kindly help us with this.

Thanks,
Naveen.
