Unfortunately, I'm having difficulty understanding what your issue is about.  Perhaps you can summarize:

1) What software components you are using, and their versions.

2) Whether you are using CCS, and if so, which version.

3) What you are trying to do.

4) Whether your problem is during build time or run-time.

5) A clear and succinct summary of what problem or error you are seeing.
