AM5748: ethernet packets reception issue on peer device

Hi,

We are using custom board with AM5748 running on Sysbios. Two DP83869HM ethernet Phy's are connected through RGMII interface. AM5748 EMAC is configured in switch mode. Two peer devices (laptops) are connected to ethernet phys.

When configured in 1G mode, ping between two devices is successful only when Wireshark application is opened. If the devices are configured in 100M mode, ping is successful. 

Independently both the ethernet ports are verified independently by sending and receiving UDP packets in 100M and 1G mode.
