AM62P: LPDDR4 simulation - configuration parameters

Posting on behalf of my customer: 

      Using the AM62P5x IS43LQ32256B-062BLI（ISSI) LPDDR4.

" We are keeping the DDR controller and memory IO settings consistent with those on the SK-AM62-LP evaluation board. What is currently troubling us is that we can no longer obtain the necessary parameters for the simulation software directly from TI's EMIF tool, such as the configuration parameter selections for DQ/DM/DQS/Addr/Ctrl/clk with and without ODT enabled, and we are also unable to distinguish the meaning of the suffixes 'ht' or 'lt' in the DDR controller configuration parameters. "

Please see snapshot below. 

I was also sent the .ibs and .syscfg files and can provide separately if needed.

Please advise what might be the issue causing this issue.

    Hi Tom, i'm a little confused by the question.  Are they asking which models should be used by their simulation to match what was used on the EVM?  Or are they trying to adjust the DDR configuration tool based on the models they used for simulation?

    BTW, HT and LT are High Temp and Low Temp respectively.  The IO buffer models are characterized for different temps.
