Tool/software:
I was trying to use the Eth controller on Main domain from QNX 7.1 running on CA72 cores. I have GESI board connected. Started the io-pkt with cpsw2g-main. in the logs there were some assertion fails in the clock setting, but the link seems to be established and I could setup the IP address. I can also see some arp messages in syslog and some entry traces but ping is not working.
- For cpsw2g-main to function, is it required to have some EthFW running on the Main R5 cores.?
- is there any settings needed on the GESI board?
- does the clock setting assertion fails have some impact?
Could you please support? Attaching the slog2info log and following are the commands executed:
io-pkt-v6-hc -d cpsw2g-main verbose=2
ifconfig an0 10.0.0.15 netmask 255.255.255.0 up
QNX SDP: ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721s2-evm-08_06_01_03
Hardware: J721S2 SOM with J7X common processor board (J721EXCP01EVM) + GESI board
Thanks,

Hello KUD,
This is a known internal issue with Main CPSW2G on the 8.6 SDK. Can you try it with the latest 9.2 SDK?
Thanks.
