Power Consumption differences between DDR2 and mDDR on DM365

I really appreciate if I could get your comment/suggestion for my question.

Currently I try to estimate power consumption for DM365 with following spreadsheet:

The spreadsheet can not accept to change parameter as DDR2 or mDDR.

My question:
I think "The value of power consumption are almost same with DDR2 or with mDDR. So the spreadsheet don't need to change parameter as DDR2 or mDDR.", right?
