Did you mean symbol and footprint - The symbol will change since the J15 and J16 function changed.

Footprint should be same.

OK.I have update the schmatic for J15,J16 and Sync. to PCB 

Others keep same as SR1.0 board.Please help to ensure there is no other changing for SR1.0 and SR2.0 hardware

Looks like you do not plan to use the Am64x ADC inputs and hence grounded the ADC supply, ADC reference P,N and the ADC inputs. This should be fine. 

The schematics is partial, wanted to let you know you could use these ADC inputs as digital inputs if required.
