AM3517EVM does u-boot support Micron NAND memories?

This looks very strange to me, in case of AM3517EVM the NAND is populated on SOM itself and is directly connected to GPMC.

 - Which EVM/SOM version are you using?

 - Do you have Application board connected?

 - What is the version of u-boot and x-loader?

Indeed, the NAND memory chip is populated.

The version of my SOM is 1016538 and it is mounted on LogicPD's eXperimenter evaluation board.

Here are the versions of x-loader and u-boot, from power-up :

Do you have application board connected to the Base board? If yes, can you make sure that your Switch configuration on Application board are set to right position? Or remove apps board if possible and try.

It looks like you are using older version of code-base, I would recommend to try the latest sources from TI, you can access the last official release sources form -
