TMDS64EVM: How to flash filesystem to NAND in SD boot

Tool/software:

I'm testing NAND with TMDS64EVM and TMDS64DC01EVM.

I succeeded to access to NAND as mtd device, booting from SD.

I would like to test NAND boot as next step.

In production process, raw data and filesystem must be flashed to NAND using SD boot.

So, I would like to know how to flash filesystem and format partitions in Linux kernel.

Where can I find these information?
