Where can I get Flotherm model for AM6411?

The file below is not file format ".pdml" or ".pack".

    Hello Frank,

    Thank you for the query.

    Please refer the expert inputs i received for a similar query.

     Pdml is Flotherm native.  TZR is Icepak native.  Flotherm and Icepak together with JEDEC package thermal committee (TI is part of it) came up with ECXML format which is a neutral format to be exchange among thermal simulation tools.  This was driven by the semiconductor companies to communize the thermal model.

     In the future we will not have access to Flotherm (TI strategy), ECXML is the way going forward
