Currently, we want to achieve the following testing requirements through CCS:

We want to add a new test item at the position marked by the red box in the script below. This item should meet the following criteria:

  1. It can dynamically adjust the DDR frequency (expected range: ±10% of the base operating frequency) and perform a sweep across this range, with read/write tests at each frequency.
  2. Based on (1), it should also run a long-duration stress test.

Does TI have any similar test scripts for reference?

    You can refer to the AM62x_DDR_Tests.gel file present at path ${CCS}/ccs/ccs_base/emulation/gel/AM62x/AM62_DDRSS/utilities.

    You can create your hotmenu function which will appear in CCS as shown above and write your GEL script.

    TI does not have GEL script for the above use-case but you can create your own.

    Please refer ccs_debug_gel for more info.
