Hi Mari,
Can you please tell us why you want to configure the register for GPIO pins which are not used?
If you are not using a specific GPIO pin in application, there is no need to configure it.

Tushar
Hi Tushar,
My customer is worried about noise and malfunctioning so they thought maybe it would be better to configure the registers.
So it better to:
1. Leave the pin as default and boot OR
2. Leave RX/TX/PULL as OFF/OFF/OFF?
Which is better?
If it is 2, is there anything they should be aware of?
Best regards,

Hi Mari,
If user really worrying about unused pins creates an issue.
Users can simply configure either pins as Input or output and set the right TX and RX buffers according to pin input or output configuration .
I have seen other customers configured unused pins as output and driving low signal and enabled RX buffers and not enabled any pull up's/pull down.

Anil.
