I assume your query is on the uSB interface.

The USB Rcalib resistor needs to be 499R, 1%

The VBUS needs to be connected for USB DFU 

Follow below section of the data sheet for the USB VBUS implementation

9.2.3 USB VBUS Design Guidelines

3.5K can be 3.48K

use 1% tolerance resistors.

ok, thanks I'll change the resistor values.

I've connected USB0_VBUS. Do you mean with you comment "The VBUS needs to be connected for USB DFU " that USB1_VBUS should be connected, too even if USB1 Isn't used?

Protection Zener 

Looks like you used a protection diode.

Please verify the usability and make the required updates

I do not see any cap on the VBUS. Suggest adding a cap < 10 uF
