AM37x SDK 5.02 Installation problem

I am unable to install the AM37x SDK. I have installed UBUNTU 10.04 LTS using WUBI.

I downloaded the install file from the TI website and changed its permissions to allow execution.

But when I try to open the file from the file browser or invoke it directly with the command line nothing happens.

I don't get any output what so ever, no error, no GUI.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Lary,

Why don't you try double clicking the EZSDK installation file "ti-sdk-am37x-evm-05.02.00.00-Linux-x86-Install" once changed to executing permissions and post the status accordingly.

I have found the problem. I needed to install ia32-libs. After that the installation went smoothly. I didn't really realize I was installing a 32 bit version of UBUNTU. I believe it is the default installation.
