We recommend connecting the crystal directly to the SOC pins.
Please share the crystal load value.

the load capacitance is 6 pF. Maybe I've to reduce the on-board capacitance e.g. 10pF instead of 18pF?
I'm using the crystal unit XRCGB25M000F3A00R0.

For the 6 pF crystal load, considering a pcb capacitance of 4 pF, 8 pF load cap is recommended
2 X 12 PF is series = 6 pF
