Tool/software:

When an external monitor is connected to the primary display port connector, the board DOES NOT BOOT!

If the display monitor is disconnected, the CPU boots up properly. And after login:

I connect the display monitor, the TI logo is properly displayed!

Why?

Hi,

For some older EVMs, this was an issue. In this case, please connect the DP only after the board is booted.

We received this board less than a month ago!

Is is possible to send this board back for a newer version?

I am not sure about it.

But instead can you please connect DP cable after board boots up?
