camera view / preview

Hi,

I'm trying to show the cam preview, but capturetest cannot find the preview pin. The output data is UYVY, how can I display the images on the screen? Is it mandatory to implement the preview pin into the camera driver? Is there any application that sends the data from the camera driver output pin directly to the screen (overlay) ? Could I use directdraw APIs to create an hardware overlay for the preview?

I'm using BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_02_00_00.

Could you confirm that you are using a command-line similar to what is mentioned in the following link

Also, which BSP (platform) is this and are you using the TI EVM?

Hi Aparna,

I was wrong the preview is working! the problem was I didn't checked the VMR component in the catalog.
