Yes, I am aware that the product is not recommended for new product. From the link you provided, the section "DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT" is not available. I am looking for the BSDL model which usually under "DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT" > "DESING TOOLS & SIMULATION" section.
