Which version of the ARM ETM is in the AM3703? 

 

How do I configure it for external trace access?  I have the pin muxing set, I seem to have the TPIU selections set, but I can’t figure out where the trace_clk comes from (the EMU clock in the processor is 200MHz but trace clock is coming out at 13MHz?)

    Figure 3-40 CM Emulation CLock Generator Functional Overview gives a high level overview of where the trace clock comes from.  ETM trace is typically integrated with the 3rd party tools you are using, so there should be more help from that 3rd party.
