Sure.

When performing import and inference for standalone models, with the help of DebugTraceLevel and WriteTraceLevel params we can know the information of each layer in onnx in detail right. Similarly, by using the generated io and net files inside the application(for example:OD appln), is it possible to know the information of the layers present?

I think you haven't got my query.

There are applications like app_tidl_od and app_tidl_seg etc under dl_demos right, So while executing/running those applications on EVM, is it possible to know layer information or not?

I believe i have answered the question, here you specifically saying when you run tidl as part of OpenVX application, and answer is the same you can set the writeTraceLevel and debug level as part of openvx application.

I would recommend to study the openvx dl demos to understand more on it.
