SK-AM62A-LP: Need access to DCC ISP Tuning tool to modify raw sensor exposure and sensitivity parameters

Tool/software:

I have applied for access to the DCC tuning tool via https://www.ti.com/licreg/docs/swlicexportcontrol.tsp?form_id=276074&prod_no=ADAS-SW-IMAGING&ref_url=adas ; however, I am not sure this is the proper method because there is no clear instruction on the TI wiki for the application (only official reference to it I am able to find is in the ISP Tuning Guide, and mentions on the forums.

You'll need to have an NDA with TI in place in order to get this tool. Please reach out to TI's local FAE in your area to get the NDA.

Hello,

I have an open ticket for this app, and have tried to do so. How are we supposed to get in contact with the local FAE? We have tried to contact them through the support lines but I have not been able to get any resolution yet. We are in the US West region and need support on this issue.

Also, please suggest alternative ISP tuning software which does not require approval from a TI representative.

We'd definitely appreciate any help you could provide here, thank you. We have also tried to reach out to an FAE in the mean time, and I will update this thread if our problem is resolved.

It has been more than 2 weeks since we have started this process, and are still blocked on getting access to the ISP tuning tool. Understandable that any one person is not at blame for this; however, there needs to be a way to complete this process in a far more efficient manner.

We made contact with several FAEs through various alternative channels, because none of the official channels worked. On September 5th 2024 we got a first response, and were connected to the appropriate FAE on September 9th. After setting up the MNDA with the TI FAE (signed by both parties on September 12, 2024) and requesting access once again, it is now Sept 19, 2024. This does not match the purported 1-2 days from the website, so I would like to know what the proper process is to avoid these delays moving forward.
