Hi TI Experts,
Customer is implementing dual safety channel on SDK9.2 for achieving ISO13849 standard. Dual safety channel means there are two separate R5f cores running their safety applications.
As required by the safety authority, the two safety channels should run on separate GCC compiler toolchains.
As we know, in our default PDK, we used TI LLVM (CLANG) Compile. Customer already used it for one of the safety channel, now they are seeking for the suggested GCC compiler for the second safety channel running on the R5f core.
We know there are some porting job need by customer, but customer still want to know if there are any suggestions we could provide.
Customer has tried using arm-none-eabi for the second safety channel, but seeing error compilation information below.
Could you provide some advice for the customer?
