To decide if customer use AM6421 for their new product or not, they need the information about how many reflow is acceptable at new package ANI.

What's the limit number of reflow of AM6421BSEFHIANIR?

I suspect this should be 3 but i will have to check.

Please refer below inputs i received

The qualification will adhere to the JEDEC spec and will perform 3x reflow.

So no difference in terms of being 3x reflow between new ANI and existing package.
