Hello:
According to TI and it’s WIKI, you should connect the system’s reset NRESWARM to AM3703 pin AG13 ( pop_ab11_ag13 ) which is a feed-through to the Micron memory. Well, according to Micron, pin AB11 ( now the top POP pinout ) on the Micron Memory is a No-Connect and there is no hardware RESET at all in the memory. I don’t think I need to connect AM307 pin AG13 to anything since in the end it’s not being used. Can I get verification of that fact?
