TI8148EVM documentation problem...

Am using the new PG2.1 w/DDR3 TI8148EVM and I've looked thru all documentation but still cannot find anything that documents SW1 (Boot Mode Sel), as well as SW2 (NAND/SPI Boot).

Can anyone point me to where this information is?

Perhaps I should mention this appears to be a rev B board.
