PROCESSOR-SDK-AM62A: arm-gnu-toolchain-13.2.Rel1-x86_64-aarch64-none-linux-gnu not found when building QNX SDK 10.0

Hi Vincent,

These arm-gnu toolchains can be installed by running the following script:

cd $WORKAREA
./sdk_builder/scripts/setup_psdk_rtos.sh --skip_linux

Please make sure to use the --skip_linux option above.

Seems we missed updating this script usage is the PSDK docs, we will correct it.

In case you see error related to sysconfig missing, you can download it from https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SYSCONFIG/1.20.0.3587

Thanks Shiva, running the script does allow me to move further.

Now when I run make qnx_fs_install_sd, I get the following errors regarding files not found:

Is this expected or is there another step I am missing? Also, when I run ./run_app_tidl.sh, the app runs for the most part, but I do see non-fatal errors such as the following:

Any thoughts regarding these errors? The dlopen() errors are strange because the file screen-sw.so is not located in '/ti_fs/usr/lib/graphics/am62a', yet even if I manually add the file to that directory the errors still show up. I just want to confirm whether these errors (along with the build errors regarding directories not found) are expected.

You can ignore these errors, these are expected. It's looking for some linux specific files which are not needed for QNX, we will cleanup this part in the next PSDK release.

You can also ignore the errors related to :

However the dlopen errors are not expected.

Have you downloaded the AM62A screen package from QNX software center ?

Once the screen libraries and package is properly set in your workspace, the dlopen errors should not appear. With these errors you might not be able to use display with HDMI. These need to be fixed.

Thank you for your advice. I did install the screen package from the QNX software center:

I have also appended the lines from the BSP Integration section in their release notes to psdkqa/qnx/bsp/images/am62a-evm-ti.build: https://www.qnx.com/developers/articles/rel_7127_1.html. I then reflashed the SD card:

cd sdk_builder/
make sdk -j5
make qnx_fs_create_sd
make qnx_fs_install_sd

Is there anything else I need to do to install the screen package?
