AM623: AM62 MCU+SDK SA3UL

Hello,

In AM62 MCU+ SDK v10 there is no driver for the SA3UL module. However, there is an SA3UL driver in the AM62Ax MCU+ SDK v10.

1) What are the IP differences between AM62x and AM62Ax pertaining to SA3UL? Is there any reason that a customer port of the AM62Ax SA3UL driver to AM62x MCU+SDK would not work?'

2) Is SA3UL support planned for future AM62 MCU+SDK releases?

    Hello,

    1) The AM62 SoC comes with SA3_UL (v3.0) while the AM62A SoC comes with SA3p1_UL (v3.1). The porting of SA3UL driver from AM62A to AM62x should mostly work but due to the IP version differences it might need one or two changes.

    2) The marketing requirement is there & under discussion as of now. The feature will for sure not make it to the next SDK v10.1 because of the other higher priorities commitments.
