Tool/software:
Dear supporter,
I noticed that both tiboot3-am62x-hs-evm.bin and tiboot3-am62x-hs-fs-evm.bin are signed with custMpk.pem.
I have a few questions:
1. Since the hsfs device does not write custMpk related information to otp, why does tiboot3-am62x-hs-fs-evm.bin use custMpk.pem to sign?
2. The only difference between tiboot3-am62x-hs-evm.bin and tiboot3-am62x-hs-fs-evm.bin is that ti-fs-enc.bin and sysfw-inner-cert are different. What is the difference between the two files of fs and se?
Hello,
1) There is no specific reason to sign the HSFS images with `custMpk.pem`. If required, you may sign the HSFS images with any random key.
2) The SYSFW binaries are different for HSFS & HSSE devices & so there are different `tiboot3.bin` image for different device types.
