TPS6594-Q1: MIGRATION FROM PMIC TPS65916 TO TPS6594 WITH AM5716 DSP

Hi Ti Team,

I would like to know on the use of TPS6594-Q1 with AM5716AABCXEA.

Currently we are using TPS659162RGZR.

Is TPS659162RGZR being discontinued?

Are there any issues with using the AM5716AABCXEA? Production?

We are looking at production in +10K units.

Please advise as I am reviewing a prior design, and I can make changes accordingly.

    We do not have a specific programmed version of TPS6594-Q1 to work in powering the AM5716AABCXEA.

    It is not, active development is not currently ongoing at this moment.

    At this time I can not make comments on the Sitara processor silicon as that is a different team, I'll move the thread over there where they can make you aware of anything relating to that.
