AM6442: IBIS setting for eMMC simulation

On the same topic, it seems that sprm730d have only 1 setting available for eMMC drive strength (40ohm).
Does it means that we're not able to select differents drive strength of eMMC controller ?

The AM64x IBIS model needs to be updated. The JEDEC standard for eMMC is 50 ohms.

The team had aligned on a value of 40 ohms earlier, which was then included in the IBIS model.

 We plan to fix the AM64x IBIS model and push to ti.com in the next few days.

The default value in the TRM seems to be in line with the JEDEC standard. 

I have submitted a request to update the TRM. We do not currently support drive strength configuration.

To be crystal clear,could you please confirm:

• default value of drive source/sink will be 50ohm. Not manageable by FW
• when selecting boot on eMMC, the rom code will set a 50ohm impedance

Software does not modify the drive strength currently and we do not recommend modifying the drive strength for now.

This is the default setting in the register of the SOC. Rom does not modify the drive strength.
