TDA4VH-Q1: Normal and MCU-Only I2C BootMode

• We are interested in all supported boot modes (we are trying to understand which have support in the SDK and which do not).
• For I2C specifically Normal I2C Boot Mode, and MCU-Only Boot Mode (primary or secondary, does not matter).
• When you say: "MCU-Only not supported in j784s4_evm device", do you refer generally to MCU-Only Boot Modes, or to MCU-Only I2C boot mode? This is not supported due to missing SDK implementation ?

Hello Karthik,

We saw in another thread (https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1409311/tda4vh-q1-does-the-tda4vh-chip-support-mcu-only-mode-function) that MCU-Only mode is not supported in SW SDK J784S4.

Anyhow, we are still interested in Normal I2C Boot Mode:

1.  Our assumption is that image is stored in the Boot EEPROM Correct?
2. Is there example of the image in the SDK which is prepared and built for flashing in this EEPROM? Is there any SDK documentation regarding this one?
3. What is preferred procedure for flashing this image to the EEPROM?
