AM625: AM62 RAM that will survive any reset

Hello,

I would like to find out if AM62 provides any RAM region that can survive a MCU_PORz, PORz or Warm Reset.

I cannot find similar document for AM62 SoC, but I found that there is a region called PSRAMECC_16K0_RAM. Does it survive this kind of resets?

Hello Wojciech Jaśko,

After the Warm Reset or POR, then we can't hold any RAM content and content will be lost.

If you isolate M4F core from the MAIN domain, then we can hold the RAM content of M4F core only and other RAM content will be lost.
