Where are code examples for C6747?

I followed these instructions to install the software for my OMAP-L137 dev kit:

I have no interest in the ARM/Linux side of the chip, so I installed C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_10.exe.

After completing the installation instructions specified in the above link, I searched around but could not find any coding examples to try out on the dev board. Where is the code located, or do I have to download/install something else that wasn't specified in the above link?

Joseph,

Do you have both the PSP (platform support package) and Code Composer Studio installed? Towards the bottom of the wiki, under "Loading Example Software", you can find the relevant instructions. The example projects will be under the PSP install directory: C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pspdrivers

The instructions on your wiki page state:

Installing PSP (Platform Support Package)

Install the file OMAPL137_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_11.exe if you are going to use ARM + DSP, and C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_10.exe if you are going to use the DSP side only.

Once you have installed the C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_11.exe or OMAPL137_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_11.exe you must also install the BIOSPSP_01_20_00_Setup.exe in the base install directory (C:\C674x_dsp_1_00_00_11 or C:\OMAPL137_dsp_1_00_00_11 by default). This file will install the DSP/BIOS device drivers for the C6747/5 (the default directory is C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\pspdrivers_01_20_00_10)

Installing C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00.11.exe DOES NOT install a subdirectory called pspdrivers_01_20_00_10 with any coding examples!!!

Right. This subdirectory "pspdrivers_01_20_00_10" is not installed with the C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00.11.exe. You will also need to install the PSP, using the BIOSPSP_01_20_00_Setup.exe.

I was looking for BIOSPSP_01_20_00_Setup.exe on the installation DVD, but did not find it there. It turns out that it was unpacked under C:\C674x_dsp_1_00_00_11 when C674x_dsp_setupwin32_1_00_00_11.exe was installed. After running BIOSPSP_01_20_00_Setup.exe, it installed the sample code under C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\psp_01_20_00_10\packages\ti\pspiom\examples\evm6747.
