Hi TI Team,

We have a TI Sitara AM571x Industrial EVM. While troubleshooting the board with a variable power generator, a high current accidentally passed through the board, causing the IC labeled 'U96'(Attached screen shot) to burst. Is there any way to replace this component?

I have one more question: If the positive and negative wires of a power adapter are interchanged in the plug, will it affect the board when we insert it? If the power cable is connected to the board with this reversed wire configuration, is there any circuit to block it?
