DM368-IPNC nfs mount issues

Hello all,

I am facing issues in mounting through nfs.

The output of printenv is as follows and i have kept the board in dhcp mode:

bootdelay=4
baudrate=115200
setboot=setenv bootargs $(bootargs)
bootamd=nboot 0x80700000 0 0x500000;bootm
bootfile=""
setenv=bootargs console=ttyS1,115200n8 noinitrd rw root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=10.17.8.125:/home/mayank/DM36/ipnc/target/filesys,nolock mem=48M ip=dhcp
ip=ddr 10.17.8.125
ethaddr=00:0C:0C:A0:FF:FA
eth=00:0C:0C:A0:07:Ea
bootcmd=nboot 0x80700000 0 0x500000;bootm
nfshost=10.17.1.101
rootpath=/home/mayank/DM368IPNC/ipnc/target/filesys
filesize=1D5610
fileaddr=80700000
serverip=10.17.1.101
ipaddr=10.17.1.102
bootargs=console=ttyS1,115200n8 noinitrd rw ip=10.17.1.102:10.17.1.101::255.255.255.0::eth0:off root=/dev/nfs nfsroot=10.17.1.101:/home/mayank/DM368IPNC/ipnM
stdin=serial
stdout=serial
stderr=serial
ver=U-Boot 1.3.4 (Dec  9 2010 - 17:44:14) DM368-IPNC-1.0.1

Environment size: 811/131068 bytes

But after sometime i get the board prompt i get the messages like this:

If in bootargs i chnage from ip = 10.17.1.102:10.17.1.101::255.255.255.0::eth0:off to ip=dhcp my boot gets stuck up at

Sending DHCP requests .... timed out and as a result i am not able to boot in dhcp mode.

Please also find the bootlog for the above scenario as given below:

I am sure that there is no issue with my uimage and filesystem.The issue may be network or nfs but

i am not understanding why it is happening and how can i rectify that.

Please suggest solutions for the same.

Mayank
