AM67A: Thunderbolt over PCIe Documentation

From Jacinto7 (AM6x) perspective, our team does not have any documentation for Thunderbolt over PCIe. We only provide documentation and support for the PCIe controller integrated into the Jacinto7 SoC. 

If the customer is using a Thunderbolt to PCIe adapter from TI, I would recommend you to create a new E2E thread with the part number of the adapter instead of AM67A, so that the this question can be routed to the correct team.
