powering TPS65950

I have designed a DM3730 based board to power up with TPS65950.

I have the following issue:

1. Sometimes i am getting 1.34V and sometimes 2.07V at the VIO output of TPS65950

2. Since VIO is not stable, i am not getting any other voltages like VPLL, VDD1, VDD2, etc

3. I am operating TPS65950 in slave mode as per the Mistral's EVM board. Boot0 and Boot1 are in high state. (pulled to VBAT)

4. But, i could see all the voltages coming out properly once without any problem in the same board. Again with the same settings, i am not getting the outputs.

Can anyone suggest on this?

    Further to this, i removed the SW inductor of the IO switcher section and also disconnected the FB input signal to the switcher and still getting 1.3V at the output instead of 1.8V ?!?!?

     

    How is this possible? Am I not supposed to get 0V when i have removed the inductor and diconnected the FB input???

     

    Please help...

    Did you get a solution to this problem?

    I am facing a similar problem and would really appreciate your feedback.

    I am getting 0.5V instedad of 1.4 V at Vio due to which I am unable to see the further voltages.

    Please let me know
