CCSv4.2 problem with target connect

Hi all,

I am using ccsv4.2 with floating license in windows 7 environment. I am not able to connect target and load program since it is displaying error as

Error connecting to the target:
Error 0x80000244/-2131
Fatal Error during: Register, Initialization, OCS,
Cannot access register at 0x00000000

I m using XDS510 emulator and DM3730 gel files which is working fine in Windows XP.

since it is floating point license i can connect some other PC with the same license for that it requires server address and port details. Server address can be IP address of the server. what is that port details it is asking for??

Please help me in solving this...
