Hi TI Teams,

Our ADAS project want to select OMNIVISION image sensor OX08B40, This part it self has its own ISP for inner sensor HDR, and the output is the RAW output of multiple feature combines.

So we need confirm TI CSI RX decoder support it?

Hi,

In this I see various outputs from the sensor.

May I know your intended output from the sensor. What is the format that will be obtained from the sensor? Is it YUV422?

Our Output format is : RAW 12/14/16/20 bits with HDR4.

Hi Victor,

RAW 12/14/16 bits with HDR4 should be combined and companded (PWL) in the sensor.
VPAC3 can process them.

RAW 20 bits cannot be supported by VPAC3.
VPAC-VISS input is up to 16-bit.

OVT typically recommend using RAW12 mode.
Do you have any specific requirements for going to RAW20 mode?
