J784S4XEVM: rpmsg directory doesn't exist under virtio

SDK version is 09_02_00_05.

I was checking on IPC communication between RTOS core r5f mcu1_1 and linux core A72. here the A72 detect the remote core by the service name. please find screenshot below 

if we change SERVICE_CHRDEV with another name, then the linux is not able to communicate with the remote core. This is because the folder called 'rpmsg' is not getting created inside virtio

please find the screenshot of rpmsg folder created when we are using default name itself.

so you say that you changed the service name "rpmsg_chrdev" to "rpmsg_chrdev_a" in linux as well as on RTOS side on R5F core ? but still not able to communicate.

May i know the steps you followed to build example on MCU1_1 core and how you linked the firmware in linux ?

Steps to link

sudo rm j784s4-mcu-r5f0_1-fw
sudo ln -sf /lib/firmware/ti-ipc/j784s4/.xer5f j784s4-mcu-r5f0_1-fw

sudo rm j784s4-mcu-r5f0_1-fw-sec
sudo ln -sf /lib/firmware/ti-ipc/j784s4/.xer5f j784s4-mcu-r5f0_1-fw-sec

build steps

make -s BOARD=j784s4_evm CORE=mcu1_1 ipc_echo_test_freertos

we had a seperate freertos application, which build from the ipc_echo_test_freertos but now we tested this same change in ipc_echo_test_freertos example code present in the SDK. Then also same issue is happening.

Which .xer5f have you attached ?

ipc_echo_test_mcu1_1_release_strip.xer5f

I tried attaching the replacing the same file without the service name change and with the service name change.
It is working with the default service name and not working with the change in service name.

Please note: I have changed the service name in linux also. Tried it changing in code as well as tried passing the service name as argument. Please find the screenshot above.
