    Hello  Nquyen,

                           Integrated LCD Controller of OMAP-L137 supports upto 1024 x 1024 x 16 bit color.

                          The OMAP-L137 has a built-in LCD controller supporting both synchronous (raster-type) and asynchronous (memory-mapped) panels.

                          The synchronous (raster) module supports STN, color STN, and TFT panels at a resolution of up to 1024 x 1024 x 16-bit color.

                           Within this range & according to your application can use the following types of standard available GLCDs

                           1.  WQVGA (480x272) (Size 4.3” ) Widescreen, color, transmissive.

                           2. QVGA (320x240) (Size 3.6") Landscape, color, transmissive w/HRTFT ASIC

                           3. VGA (640x480) ( Size 6.4” ) Landscape, color, transmissive
