AM625: Which SDK can support DDR4 4GB

I would highly recommend using the latest SDK: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-RT-AM62X

I have read the modification instructions, but if we are modifying DDR to be larger, 4GB, and 16 bit wide, how should we write the range of memory reg in DTS? Can you give an example?

I downloaded and installed SDK 10,

ti-processor-sdk-linux-rt-am62xx-evm-10.00.07.04-Linux-x86-Install.bin — 5509217 K

But surprisingly, why can't we find the two compilers for the previous SDK 8?

arm-none-linux-gnueabihf-gcc-9.2.1、 aarch64-none-linux-gnugcc-9.2.1

It was originally in the directory of linux-devkit/sysroots/x86_64-arago-linux-us/us/bin. How should I handle this?

We would advise to use the latest complier with SDK10.  Why do you need to use the older compiler?
