Hello Jim,
I know some team members were working on a board port app note that was publishing soon. I am not sure if the one you linked was the one they were working on, or if this is a different app note. I'll ask around to figure out 1) exactly which app note or notes are planned for near-term release, and 2) if there are any near term plans to expand to other K3 architecture devices (AM64x, AM62Ax, AM62Px).
Heads-up, I will be on vacation next week. So if I do not hear back from the team on Friday, it will be at least a week before my next response. Feel free to ping the thread if I haven't responded by Oct 16.
Regards,
Nick

Hello Jim,
Ok, this is the app note I have been hearing about.
The team is planning to propagate this app note out to other parts, but it looks like we will be targeting some of the newer AM62[letter] variants first. I have let them know there is interest for AM64x, but it is too early for a specific timeline (other than definitely NOT in 2024).
Obviously there is a good deal of overlap between existing "porting Linux" content in the academies and that newer app note, so Bin and I are still working on the exact details of what we want to do with the older academy pages (definitely link to the app note from the associated processor's academy, but beyond that TBD).
For future readers,
Please send us any feedback you would like to see incorporated for future revisions of the app note, or future parts!
Regards,
Nick
